How does online coaching work?
I provide structured, personalized training plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle. I load these to Training Peaks and provide you with ongoing support and advice. We can communicate via Training Peaks, messaging, and regular video check-ins to keep you on track.
Do I need to be an experienced runner?
Not at all! I work with runners of all levels, from beginner 5Kers to experienced ultramarathoners. If you have a goal, I’ll help you get there.
What happens if life gets in the way of training?
That’s exactly why I take a flexible approach! We’ll adjust your training plan as needed to keep it realistic and achievable.
Do you have a minimum term?
There’s no minimum term and you’re free to cancel at any time.
How long before an event should get in touch?
Depending on your target race, I recommend getting in touch at least 12-16 weeks before your target event. This ensures that you can get the most out of your training and still have fun along the way.
